Tom is an amazing therapist and counselor. He has guided me into a life of sobriety and helped me to reclaim my life. I have never met another person less judgmental. Tom has proven over and over that he is willing to search and study to find the help I need. I also suffer from anxiety and Tom helps me have the best day possible every day. If one approach doesn’t work he will make adjustments until it resonates with me. He is not a therapist that just does the same thing with each of us every day, over and over. He listens, really listens and then gives me individual guidance. He is certainly not a cookie cutter therapist. He has workbooks that he has written himself. He has wonderful guided self relaxation recordings that he has made that really work. He has experienced the struggles and issues that he now helps me with. There is not a topic or issue that I can’t discuss with him. My sobriety and the work we have done on my anxiety has not only saved my life, it has given me a wonderful life with a lot less struggles and a lot more joy. When the struggles do come I am so much more prepared to deal with them with his help. I have worked very hard on my sobriety but also to heal my mind and my heart. I would recommend Tom to anyone struggling with sobriety that would love to actually benefit from therapy and discover the best life you can possibly have.

A seasoned recovery counselor with a big heart, this is Tom Diffenderfer.. I couldn't asks for a better man to share my ups and downs. Tom's knowledge and experience speaks for itself. I'm a huge fan. He's always there to keep me grounded and focused.
